Subramanian Kalpathi (or ‘Subbu’) is dedicated to transforming the way individuals and organizations think, adapt, and grow. This passion is fuelled by his love for research, his commitment to developing others, and his interest in behavioural science.
Subbu has deep expertise in talent management, leadership and organizational development, employer branding, employee engagement, organizational culture and learning & development. He is a leadership coach, helps organizations build future skills, foster employee wellbeing, and enhance performance.
Subbu is the founder and host of Culture Matters, a chart-topping podcast where he speaks to thought leaders and experts on the latest trends on organizational culture. He is also the author of The Millennials, which made its way to the Amazon memorable books list. Over the years, Subbu learnt some Improv, and he brings this to his facilitation. Subbu loves running, trekking and enjoys playing the guitar.
He is currently working on a new book, Heal the Workplace, which is represented by A Suitable Agency and will be published by Westland Books.
